Vishay eSMP® SMF BZD27 Zener Diodes are housed in low-profile, surface-mount packages and feature Surge Current Specification. The sillicon planar Zener diodes have a low leakage current with excellent stability. The diodes meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C and meet JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. AEC-Q101 qualified diodes are available and indicated by base P/N-HE3.
