High Reliability TVS Diodes
Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O and the diodes are lead-free tin plated, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

Littelfuse SMBJ-HR & SMBJ-HRA TVS Diodes are an "off-the-shelf" up-screened High-Reliability TVS Diodes which have been specially screened and sorted for use in DC line protection in aviation electronics. The surface-mount 600W diode series is available in a compact DO-214AA SMB package. The SMBJ-HRA from Littelfuse protects sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surge and other transient voltage events. The components in these series have undergone a 100% screen sorting process.
