μClamp®xx71P Series TVS Diodes
Semtech µClampxx71P Series TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronics from EOS, lightning, CDE, or ESD type damage or latch up on one data or power line. The diodes have large cross-sectional area junctions. These junctions conduct high transient currents. The TVS diodes feature fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. The µClampxx71P series have a 2-pin SGP1610N2 (1.6x1.0x0.57mm) package with lead-free NiPdAu finished leads. Low clamping voltage and high surge current capability make the diodes ideal for harsh transient environments. Various operating voltage options are available.
