TCK3xx Single Output Power Multiplexer ICs: Toshiba TCK3xx Single Output Power Multiplexer ICs are single output multiplexer load switch ICs with overvoltage protection and low switch ON resistance. Each of these devices also has high output current and wide input voltage operation from 2.3 up to 36V (28V for TCK302 & TCK303). These have a Switch ON resistance as low as 73mΩ (TCK302 & TCK303) or 98mΩ (TCK323) at VIN = 4.5V, - 1.0A load conditions.

USB Type-C™ Data Mux & Power Delivery Switches: Toshiba USB Type-C™ Data Mux & Power Delivery Switches support new features, and new technology in mobile applications. Devices are charged with USB Power Delivery systems with higher charging voltages than before. For example, a 100W charging system delivers 20V/5A, and would require a 30V tolerant switch. Toshiba provide low-resistance 30V switches,including MOSFETs and IC switches that provide overvoltage-protection and slew rate control.
