Automotive Switching Regulators
ROHM Automotive Switching Regulators are the AEC-Q100 qualified power management ICs. These switching regulators are consisting of regulators with or without integrated FET, buck converters (both synchronous and nonsynchronous), and buck-boost converters. The automotive switching regulators are available from single-channel to multi-channel system power supply configurations for broad compatibility. These switching regulators come in various different packages with built-in circuit protection functions to match the requirements of the designers.
BD97xx Switching Regulators
ROHM Semiconductor BD97xx Switching Regulators are designed with high-efficiency flexible, step-down, and step-up switching regulators. The BD97xx Switching Regulators features a wide input voltage range of 7V to 35V, an integrated 2A P-channel power MOSFET, ±2% high precision reference voltage, and an adjustable frequency of 50kHz - 500kHz. These switching regulators are available in different versions.Typical applications include DVD, DVD players, car audio or navigation systems, and  AV products.
