Maxim Integrated MAX1161x Low Power 12-Bit ADCs that feature internal track/hold, voltage reference, clock, and an I2C-compatible 2-wire serial interface. These Analog-to-Digital converters (ADCs) operate from a single power supply of 2.7V to 3.6V or 4.5V to 5.5V and requires just 670µA at the maximum sampling rate of 94.4ksps.
