Micro Commercial Components Schottky Bridge Rectifiers is offered in a standard surface mount package which saves space on the printed circuit board. These Schottky Bridge Rectifiers come with a 1.0A average forward current rating and has peak reverse voltage ratings from 20V to 100V. Micro Commercial Components Schottky Bridge Rectifiers offer a wide operating junction and storage temperature ranges of -55 to +150ºC. These Schottky Bridge Rectifiers also have a high temperature soldering that is guaranteed to 260ºC for 10 seconds.
