NCR402UX Maggiori informazioni

NCR40x LED Drivers: NXP NCR40x LED Drivers feature 10mA to 50mA stabilized output current range with high current accuracy at supply voltage variation. These drivers consist of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes on one chip. The NCR40x LED drivers reduce the component count and board space and are qualified according to AEC-Q101. Applications include constant current LED driver, generic constant current source, and automotive applications. The NCR40x LED drivers are available in SOT23 or SOT457 (SC-74) plastic package.
