Low Quiescent Current Solutions
ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that can provide greater design-flexibility along with the necessary space for integrating new features. These regulators achieve lower power consumption to prolong battery life. The low-quiescent-current regulators offer maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA. These low current consuming products are ideal for compact battery-driven devices in applications like smartphones, IoT, wearables, and portable equipment.
Ultra Low Iq Buck Converter
ROHM Ultra Low Iq Buck Converter features 180nA quiescent current and supports output current up to 500mA. The Constant On-Time (COT) control with Ultra Low Power (ULP) mode provides superior transient response and extends battery life by providing excellent light load efficiency. The converter features Nano Energy™, power good output, 100% ON mode for low input voltage. Typical applications include smoke-detector, thermostat, portable devices, wearable devices, energy harvesting, and low-Iq applications without standby switcher.
