In general, these transistors are new, the legs are not soldered, the body is not sawed, the marking is clear, all with one batch. But the shutter capacity is 2.8nf, which is less than the datasheet. Most likely, the parameters will be close to 450mu transistor. The open channel resistance did not measure correctly (the tester naturally shows nonsense). I will make a measurement, i will add. Delivery was very long, three months parcel went.
