​Silego Technology SLG59Mxx Ultra-Small Load Switches are 7.8mΩ or 20mΩ single-channel devices in an ultra-small 1.5x2mm or 1x1.6mm packages. SLG59M1457V, SLG59M1496V and SLG59M1545V are able to switch 0.85 to 5V power rails, SLG59M1515V 0.85 to 1.5V power rails. SLG59M1600V comes with one 9A rated MOSFET switched by an ON control pin. MOSFET turn on time is independently adjusted by an external capacitor.Learn More
