Listed as New, But Has Obviously Been Pulled Out Of Something With The Cut 12v Wires and The Marks On The Mains Pads. Despite That They Do Seem To Work Well and There Are No Obvious Signs Of Heat Stress On The Components or the PCB Which Is Good. Seem a Good Price For What They Are....Many Thanks
