The ADRF5021 is a general-purpose single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch manufactured using a silicon process. It comes in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 20-terminal land grid array (LGA) package and provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 9 kHz to 30 GHz. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages, +3.3 V and −2.5 V, and provides CMOS/LVTTL logic-compatible control. Applications Test instrumentation Microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs) Military radios, radars, electronic counter measures (ECMs) Broadband telecommunications systems

ADRF502x Silicon SPDT Switches
Analog Devices ADRF502x Silicon Single-pole, Double-throw (SPDT) Switches are general-purpose SPDT switches that offer high isolation and a low insertion loss. Constructed using a non-reflective 50Ω design, the switches provide high linearity. The switches exhibit high power capabilities on both through and terminated paths. These broadband switches require +3.3V and −2.5V dual supply voltages, and provide CMOS/LVTT logic-compatible control. The ADRF502x Switches are well-suited for test instrumentation, VSATs, ECMs, and broadband telecommunications systems.
