PTVS High Current Power TVS Diodes: Bourns Power TVS (PTVS) Products are high current bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diodes designed for use in AC line protection and high power DC bus clamping applications. These devices offer bidirectional port protection from 58 volts to 470 volts, and are RoHS and UL listed while also meeting IEC 61000-4-5 8/20μs current surge requirements.

PTVS3-0xxC-TH High Current, Bi-Directional TVS Diodes: Bourns PTVS3-0xxC-TH High Current, Bi-Directional TVS Diodes offer bidirectional port protection and are designed for use in high power DC bus clamping applications. These Bourns devices offer bidirectional port protection and are available with standoff voltage ratings of 58V and 76V. PTVS3-0xxC-TH provide very high surge current protection (3kA @ 25ºC). These TVS diodes exhibit an excellent surge response versus temperature. The typical maximum surge current at 150°C is 75% their rated value at 25°C.Learn More

TVS Diodes: Bourns surface mount TVS diodes are low capacitance devices that provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices such as cellular phones, handheld electronics and other portable electronic devices. Bourns TVS Diodes include smaller chip diodes that have the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.
