MPM Power Modules: MPS MPM Power Modules, available in single or dual channel, are integrated DC/DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme provides a fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. These modules require a minimum number of readily-available standard external components, simplifying power system design. They also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to their compact QFN package. All MPS parts are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.

MPM368x Step-Down DC/DC Power Modules: MPS MPM368x Step-Down DC/DC Power Modules are fully integrated 6A or 10A DC-DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM368x are easy-to-use and integrate a DC/DC converter, power inductor, input/output capacitors and the necessary resistors/capacitors. The modules are housed in a compact QFN 12x12x4mm package.
