The devices are housed in compact, surface mount BGA or LGA packages. µModule power products support functions like Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), Battery Charger, Isolated Converter, and LED driver.

LTM46xx µModule Regulators: Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features.
