    Of the 10 chips at the current of 20 ma on the eye evenly shine 8, and 2 does not burn one line at all. I did not observe the scatter. Luminophora did not regret, light as for white is quite. The order of large currents has not yet looked, but imo 200-300 ma on a three-line chip taking into account the size of crystals-super for such money!

MCP1501 Buffered Voltage References
Microchip MCP1501 Buffered Voltage References are capable of sinking and sourcing 20mA of current. The voltage references are low-drift bandgap-based references. The bandgap uses chopper-based amplifiers, effectively reducing the drift to zero.
