Low Quiescent Current LDO Linear Regulators: STMicroelectronics Low Quiescent Current LDO Linear Regulators are optimized to operate with a drastically low quiescent current (IQ). The IQ is lower than or comparable to the average load current it supplies. This feature is necessary for power-budgeted applications, like battery-powered devices or green-compliant equipment with a long standby operation. This extends battery life and reduces the overall power consumption.

Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators: STMicroelectronics Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators are a cost-effective way to deliver a stable and regulated output voltage. The LDOs simplify designs with few external components. Low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) provide the best cost-performance tradeoff.

LD39030 Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulator IC: STMicroelectronics LD39030 Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulator IC is high accuracy voltage regulator that provides 300mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V, with a typical dropout voltage of 300 mV. The LD39030 is available in DFN4 1x1 package, allowing the maximum space saving. The device is stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The ultra low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features, together with the internal soft-start circuit, make the LD39030 suitable for low power battery-operated applications.
