BDS/GPS/GNSS Low-Noise Amplifiers
Skyworks Solutions Inc. BDS/GPS/GNSS LNAs and FEMs have a small signal gain, low noise figure and low current consumption. These BDS/GPS/GNSS and FEMs feature two new low noise amplifiers and front end modules. The amplifiers have a high 1dB compression point (IP1dB) and are housed in an easy-to-assemble surface mount package. This package is a low-cost solution and allows for a small footprint.
IoT Front-End Modules (FEM)
Skyworks Solutions Inc. IoT Front-End Modules (FEM) provide compatibility with multiple wireless standards and SoCs/RFICs in a single RF module. The IoT FEM is ideal for wireless connectivity, allowing ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth® standards, with Bluetooth 5 included. The IoT FEM is an efficient Internet of Things (IoT) solution when paired with a system on Chip (SoC) platform, resulting in a longer battery life and extended transmission range.
