ADRF5046 Silicon SP4T Reflective Switch
Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5046 Silicon SP4T (Single-pole Four-throw) Reflective Switch is designed to operates from 100MHz to 44GHz with an insertion loss lower than 3.0dB isolation higher than 31dB. The ADRF5046 has a RF (Radio Frequency) input power handling capability of 27dBm for both the through path and hot switching. Developed using a silicon process, the ADRF5046 provides complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls. This broadband switch draws a low current of 3μA on the positive supply of +3.3V, and −110μA on the negative supply of −3.3V.
