MAX25615 High-speed MOSFET Driver: Maxim Integrated MAX25615 High-speed MOSFET Driver is an AEC-Q100 qualified device optimized for automotive applications. The MAX25615 features independent source and sink outputs, and is capable of sinking 7A and sourcing 3A peak currents. Inverting and noninverting inputs provide the MAX25615 with greater flexibility in controlling the MOSFET. THe MAX25615 also features two separate outputs working in complementary mode, offering flexibility in controlling both turn-on and turn-off switching speeds.
