PTVS High Current Power TVS Diodes: Bourns Power TVS (PTVS) Products are high current bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diodes designed for use in AC line protection and high power DC bus clamping applications. These devices offer bidirectional port protection from 58 volts to 470 volts, and are RoHS and UL listed while also meeting IEC 61000-4-5 8/20μs current surge requirements.

PTVS15 High Current TVS Diodes: Bourns PTVS15 High Current TVS Diodes provide bidirectional port protection in high power DC bus clamping applications. Designed to meet IEC 61000-4-5 8/20 μs current surge requirements, PTVS15 TVS Diodes offer a 15 kA, 8/20 μs surge capability, low clampingvoltage under surge, and excellent performance over temperature. These RoHS compliant and UL recognizeddevices are available in a surface mount package with standoffvoltage ratings of 58 V and 76 V.Learn More

The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.
