ISL85012 Synchronous Buck Regulator: Renesas / Intersil ISL85012 Synchronous Buck Regulator is a high-efficient monolithic regulator. This regulator delivers 12A of continuous output current from a 3.8V to 18V input supply. The ISL85012 device uses current mode control architecture with a fast transient response and excellent loop stability. This regulator is available in a space saving 15 Ld 3.5mm x 3.5mm lead-free TQFN package. Features include output overvoltage and thermal protection, compact size, and integrated boot diode with under voltage detection. Ideal for applications like storage systems, test measurement, telecom and networking systems.
