DGD0227 Low Side Gate Drivers
Diodes Incorporated DGD0227 Low Side Gate Drivers are dual, high-speed, low-side MOSFET, and IGBT drivers. These devices are capable of driving 4A of peak current and offer a 4.5V to 18V operating supply voltage range. Diodes Incorporated gate driver logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) and can interface easily with MCUs. The fast and well-matched propagation delays allow high-speed operation, enabling a smaller and more compact power switching design using smaller associated components. This DGD0227 gate driver is offered in the SO-8 (type TH) package and operates at a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

These gate drivers act as the interface between microcontroller and IGBT or MOSFET power switches. Diodes Incorporated gate drivers provide optimum drive characteristics while controlling shoot-through.
DGD Half-Bridge Gate Drivers
Diodes Incorporated DGD Half-Bridge Gate Drivers are high-voltage and high-speed gate drivers capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. High-voltage processing techniques enable the high side to switch to the offset voltage in a bootstrap operation. The DGD logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with controlling devices. Diodes Incorporated gate drivers are ideal for DC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, AC-DC power supplies, motor controls, and Class D power amplifiers.
