These devices integrate two or four op-amps or comparators into a single IC. The AEC-Q100 Qualified op-amps and comparators operate at wide temperature ranges of -40ºC to 105ºC and -40ºC to 125ºC. These op-amps and comparators offer single and single/dual supply voltage variants.
