TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References: STMicroelectronics TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References provide stable and precise output voltages with a 0.15% initial accuracy over an extended -40 to +125°C temperature range. The TS33 feature an ultralow operating current for power-restricted designs and are very stable over the entire operating temperature range. This makes the references suitable for high-precision applications. The TS33 can be designed in applications where space saving is a critical issue and are available in QFN8 surface mount packages.

TS331 Low-Voltage Comparator: STMicroelectronics TS331 micropower low-voltage rail-to-rail comparators can operate with a supply voltage ranging from 1.6 to 5V with only 20 µA current consumption. Rail-to-rail inputs make the STMicroelectronics TS331 an ideal choice for low-voltage applications. The TS331 low-voltage comparator features low output saturation voltage and low propagation delay of 210 ns. SOT23-5 and SC70-5 package availability is a real advantage for space-saving constraints. The SC70-5 is approximately half the size of the SOT23-5. The TS331 is specified for a wide temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Micropower Low-Voltage Rail-to-Rail Comparators: These STMicroelectronics TS33x Micropower Low Voltage Rail-to-Rail Comparators are available in single (TS331), dual (TS332) and quad (TS334) versions. They can operate with a supply voltage ranging from 1.6 to 5 V with a typical current consumption as low as 20 μA. In addition, rail-to-rail inputs make them a perfect choice for low-voltage applications. Their availability in tiny packages is a real advantage for space saving constraints. The TS33x are specified for a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
